I'm Zoe, a qualified Health Coach and Registered Nurse.

Hi, I’m Zoe. I am based in Lymm, Cheshire where I live with my family. I am passionate about health and caring for people and have over 25 years experience working as a nurse, latterly working in primary care as a Practice Nurse.

The part of this job I love the most, is working with those who are keen and ready to take action to improve their health but just need some guidance, motivation and support!

This has led me to the path of Health Coaching where I get to focus on all the bits I love and feel passionate about; empowering and supporting women to make lifestyle changes to regain control of their health and feel on top again!

I trained at the CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine gaining a Diploma in Health Coaching. My nursing  background brings a depth of knowledge to my Health Coaching Practice as I have plenty of experience supporting patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease etc.

Knowledge is power and I take a holistic approach to help clients understand their body and any conditions they have to allow full accountability and empower them to own their health once again.

My Health Coach Scope of Practice

How it works…

Health coaching is a collaborative and supportive process designed to help you identify the areas of your health and wellbeing you most want to improve. I guide you in discovering your own path to achieving your goals, while recognising that your priorities may evolve as your needs change.

The focus is on small, sustainable behaviour changes that lead to meaningful, long-lasting transformation — changes that fit your life, not the other way around.

We work one-to-one, either face-to-face or online, starting with a 90-minute holistic assessment. During this session, we explore all aspects of your health, including:

  • Nutrition and eating habits

  • Exercise and movement

  • Sleep quality

  • Stress and emotional wellbeing

  • Overall happiness, life goals and energy

From this, we usually identify 2–3 achievable goals tailored specifically to you.

We then develop a personalised plan and continue your journey through follow-up sessions of 30–45 minutes, typically every two weeks. These sessions provide ongoing guidance, accountability, and adjustments to ensure your plan continues to work as you progress.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have practical tools, new habits, and confidence to maintain your health improvements long-term.

    • Goal setting: Together, we’ll identify what’s most important for your wellbeing and set achievable steps to get there.

    • 45-minute follow-up session: Check in on your progress, address challenges, and adjust your plan as needed.

    This package is ideal if you want a focused reset and expert guidance without committing to a longer programme. By the end, you’ll leave with clarity, direction, and confidence in the first steps toward better health.

    The Jumpstart- £180

  • Reset & Refocus

    For women who want to create lasting change with structured support

    The Reset & Refocus programme is a holistic 8-week journey across four 1:1 sessions, helping you reset habits and refocus your energy.

    • 90-minute holistic assessment: We start with a deep dive into your health, lifestyle, and goals, uncovering what’s really holding you back.

    • Three follow-up sessions: Regular check-ins provide accountability, guidance, and space to reflect, adapt, and build consistency.

    • Holistic focus: We’ll address key areas like nutrition, sleep, stress, energy, and lifestyle, tailoring everything to your needs.

    This programme is ideal if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of balance. By the end, you’ll have sustainable habits, practical tools, and renewed confidence to continue supporting your wellbeing independently.

    Reset and Refocus - £270

  • Thrive, Don’t Survive

    For women ready to fully prioritise their health and transform how they feel

    The Thrive, Don’t Survive programme is my most comprehensive offering, delivered over 3–4 months with eight sessions for deep, lasting support.

    • 90-minute holistic assessment: We explore every aspect of your health, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals to create a truly personalised plan.

    • Seven follow-up sessions: Ongoing sessions allow us to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust strategies to suit your body and life.

    • Long-term transformation: Focus on nutrition, sleep, stress management, energy, and mindset — building habits that truly last.

    This programme is perfect if you’re tired of just surviving your days and want to thrive. By the end, you’ll feel more energised, balanced, and confident, equipped with the tools and understanding to support your health for the long term.

    Thrive Don’t Survive - £450

  • Additional Check-Ins – £45 / 45 mins

    Need a little extra support to stay on track? Additional Check-Ins are available exclusively for clients who have completed or are currently enrolled in one of my programmes.

    These 45-minute sessions can be booked:

    • In between programme sessions to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, or adjust your plan.

    • As one-off sessions after a programme to get back on track, refresh your goals, or regain momentum.

    They’re a flexible way to maintain accountability, guidance, and motivation — exactly when you need it most.

    Additional Check-in -£50
